Anxiety and Stress Management Group

This seven session group will utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in order to help you cope effectively with anxiety and stress.  Topics will include anxiety education, mindfulness meditation, time management, self talk, self esteem, and assertiveness.  In this group you will learn how to cope effectively with anxiety and stress through the development of specific skills and techniques.  Don't let stress get the best of you!
