I enjoy partnering with my clients to develop strategies and healthy coping techniques that encourage self-care and awareness. I work together with my clients to highlight maladaptive behaviors and thoughts that block the therapeutic process and reduce the possibilities for healthy lifestyle changes. I strive to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes of internal or external goals, and through my approach to the Motivational Interviewing model, endeavor to support the facilitation of positive relational boundary construction and attachment(s).
I have a wealth of experience supporting clients as they navigate a wide variety of challenges including: life transitions, identity, anger management, trauma and PTSD, addictions and substance abuse, anxiety, depression, stress management, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, mood disorders, adjustment and personality disorders, and psychosis.
I am a University of Pennsylvania graduate with a Masters in Social Work from the school of Social Policy and Practice. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who utilizes the Client-Centered, Strengths- Based Perspective in my work, and have been trained as a Trauma Informed Care clinician. I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples seeking support for a variety of challenges, to assist them in navigating back to a sense of homeostasis tailored for their individual needs, successful goal acquisition and personal growth.
