As the owner and Executive Director, Dr. Lipkin opened the doors of Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services, to assist individuals seeking help with life's challenges. The culture at Equilibria is one that supports the enhancement of individual strengths. Nicole is also the owner of Equilibria Kids, a group psychology practice dedicated to helping children and teens reach their full potential through therapy and assessment.
Nicole is the founder and President of Equilibria Coaching and Consultation Services, an international leadership and management consulting and coaching firm, based in Philadelphia, PA. She is the co-author of the popular business and management book, Y in the Workplace: Managing the "Me First" Generation. She is a sought after speaker, consultant and coach who has been retained by organizations such as The American Society of Training and Development, ProObject, American Academy of Osteopathic Surgeons, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), City Security and Resilience Networks (CSARN), LatinNext and HR Academy in Brazil, Security Watch India, ICSC, and The Boys and Girls Club of America.
