Being Single and Loving it (Most of the time)! Learning how to feel fulfilled as a single woman
Through the use of both creative therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, this group will focus on learning how to celebrate accomplishments and challenge societal expectations, understand the importance of a healthy self as it relates to finding a partner, and learning how to truly feel fulfilled overall.
Who: Women, Ages 30-40
When: Every Tuesday for 7 weeks (beginning June 29, 2010)
Investment: $350 ($50/group)
This group will be led by Hilary Katz who is Licensed Social Worker. Hilary is a therapist who specializes in utilizing creative cognitive therapy in order to promote long lasting self discovery and personal growth. She is a firm believer in the power of positive thought and how it directly affects what kind of experiences a person has. She identifies her groups a place for clients to fill their tool boxes with adaptive skills to not only help each person cope more affectively, but ultimately make life easier and more fulfilling.
